BBA Method Barre Lab is a mid-intensity, low-impact class and it is a great way to sculpt and tone your body. Body By Anna Method, is a unique, high energy workout using a ballet barre, floor work, isometric movements, Pilates, yoga, cardio and resistance training. Exercise your whole body without even realizing you are doing a workout!! This is a fun class that will get your heartrate up, while you tone and tighten all over. Warm Studio.
