By booking your sessions with one of IFY’s Flow/Sculpt Instructors, you will be able to receive the yoga practice best suited for you or you and up to 3 of your bubble buddies! Whether it is a Flow session, a Sculpt session or a combination thereof, you will receive the extraordinary individual talents of our instructors that will help you achieve your personal goals.

LEARN TO ROW PRIVATE/SMALL GROUP

In order to effectively gain all the benefits rowing has to offer, learn proper rowing form and technique from national championship rowers with over 25years of experience!! After just a few sessions you will be able to confidently push yourself in the rowing class and achieve maximum gains while significantly reducing risk of injury.
