Mat Pilates

Pilates balances the body, creating both strength and length. With a focus on stabilizing muscles, your joints will become better supported decreasing the chance of injury. We also work on those ‘mirror muscles’ – arms, bums and tummies – for a total body workout using pilates balls, and other props in our Warm Studio.
