TRX Lab

Mid to high intensity class using the TRX strap system in a fast-paced environment to increase strength, mobility, stability and power. TRX lab shakes up your traditional approach to training. Instead of using dumbbells, barbells, or kettlebells for resistance, you use your own body weight, and perform adjusted versions of traditional strength training movements using the straps. TRX circuits will challenge, strengthen and tone your whole body. Hot Studio.
