Row Fit Lab

Row Fit Lab is designed to increase overall fitness using rowing intervals of moderate length and intensity, combined with total body conditioning exercises. The workout begins with a technical rowing warm-up in order to help develop proper rowing technique before beginning the intervals. This type of workout helps increase cardiovascular endurance and overall strength. The resistance training and cardiovascular benefits gained will increase lean muscle, and boost metabolism!
