Power Row Lab

The Power Row Lab is a high intensity workout that begins with the technical rowing warm-up, followed by shorter bursts of rowing intervals. Between interval work will also be powerful bursts of exercises designed to increase muscular strength from head to toe. This type of workout – short bursts of energy – will send your metabolism flying, promoting increased fat burn and cardiovascular strength!
