HIIT Pilates

A high intensity class with many healthy body benefits. Pilates balances the body, creating both strength and length. With a focus on stabilizing muscles, your joints will become better supported decreasing the chance of injury. You will experience pilates on another level with this lab. This routine is not as intense as a typical HIIT workout (for one, we spare you the Burpees!), but it’s still a good challenge, burns a good deal of calories, and it’s a good way to break yourself into HIIT routines.
