Sport Row Lab

Sport Row Lab is inspired and taught by highly experienced competitive rowers. The workout is similar to how these athletes prepare for their races. Beginning with a technical and dynamic warm-up, more time is spent on the rowing machine with a mix of interval and endurance based training based on real on-water workouts! Time between intervals will be short and spent working on midline stability which will aid in better form on the machine, as well as overall support for strengthening your body. These mid to high intensity works give you the formula to achieve you ultimate fitness goals!
